Our aim is to provide the children with programs that enable positive learning outcomes and facilitate physical, social, emotional and intellectual development with support and positive guidance.
Our staff aim to develop programs that are not only developmentally appropriate to meet the needs of each child, but they also aim to allow the children to “Learn Through Discovery”.
There is a balance between active and quiet; indoor and outdoor; individual and group; free play and directed activities for the children to participate in.
Our staff regularly evaluate their programs, routines, individual children’s progress and their own performance. We invite parents to provide their participation in these evaluation processes as it allows this information to be used in future planning of the program.
In order for this to happen we will deliver quality childcare by providing a safe and secure environment which meets the needs of each individual child to facilitate physical, social, emotional and intellectual development, providing a service which enables the parents to be available for work or other commitments as a source of support and encouraging shared involvement and responsibility between the family and the centre.
